The business bay is a new city in Dubai that is created around the extension of the creek stretching from Ras el Khor to Sheikh Zayed road. The total size of land allocated for Business Bay is 64m square meters. The idea was inspired from the old famous creek of Dubai, where the prosperity of Dubai as a commercial hub was originated.

The development consists of office and residential tower plots, amid landscaped gardens and state of the art network of roads, gardens and water canals.
