The DIFC is a world-class on-shore financial district planned and built from the ground up. The DIFC is created to meet the demands of the most sophisticated financial institutions, which are looking for a tax-free environment, in an ultra modern-infra structure.

The Gate is the first phase of the development. Inside the DIFC district, a world-class cosmopolitan city of offices, serviced apartments, hotels, shops and restaurants is under construction.
